Mashed Cauliflower

1 bunch of cauliflower

2 tablespoons of butter

¼ cup of milk

¼ cup of sour cream

¼ cup of cheddar cheese or more

Bacon bits (optional)

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

 

 

Cut 1 bunch of cauliflower into medium size pieces. Then boil them in a medium size pot approximately 15-20 minutes (or until tender) on medium high heat.  

After they are finished boiling, completely drain the water.  Then mix in the milk, sour cream, and cheddar cheese.  Next, blend them with a mixer on medium speed, until they’re creamy.  Add salt and pepper to taste.  Top with bacon bits. Enjoy!
