Spicy Chicken Alfredo

Servings :  approximately 5 servings

Ingrediants

 

A pack of Spaghetti Noodles (Regular or Thin)

1 pack of Tyson Fajita Strips  

Vegetables of your choice (I like Asparagus and red peppers)

1 8oz. of heavy whipping cream

1 stick of cream cheese

1 stick of butter

6 ozs. of shreddedAsiago cheese

4 ozs of shredded Parmesan cheese (you can add more if you like it super cheesy)

1 ½ tablespoons of cajun seasoning

1 teaspoon of minced garlic

1 teaspoon of black pepper

1 tablespoon of chili powder

Salt to taste

 

 

Preparation

Preheat oven at 350 degrees.

 

1. Boil the spaghetti noodles in a medium size pot (follow package directions).  Then drain.

 

2. Grill the chicken fajita strips and vegetables until done

 

3. In a separate bowl, mix your cream cheese, butter, and your shredded cheeses. Gradually add the heavy whipping cream to the mixture. While mixing, add Cajun seasoning, minced garlic, black pepper, and chili powder.  Blend until it has a smooth creamy consistency

 

4. Combine the spaghetti noodles, fajita strips and vegetables in a medium size casserole dish.  Then pour the Alfredo sauce over it. Top with a little parmesan cheese.

 

5. Place in the oven for approximately 15 minutes or until nice and warm.
